Here we are. About to start our journey on how to defeat the Ender Dragon. So, what kind of materials do you need? There are many items that are in the game, but you only need a specific few. There are a lot of weapons you can have, some you may use, and some you may not. It all depends on what your preference is.

There are weapons, tools, armor, and food to help you defeat the ender dragon. Usually, the best kind of armor to get is diamond armor. It will take some time to find diamonds, but it will be worth it. Just make sure to get a total of 27 diamonds from mining so you can get your helmet, chestplate, pants, and boots. You'll need an extra two diamonds plus two sticks to make a diamond sword. There is armor that is top tier, but it can take hours for you to find an ingot. Netherite is one of the hardest ores to find in game. If you have patience and want to take your time with finding that material, then go ahead. Diamond or Netherite would do.

List of Possible Items To Take Along For The Journey

Items Descriptions/Purpose
Diamond Armor As many sets as you can fit in your inventory. Not stackable. Helps prevent fall damage.
Ender Chest Can be stored in your dock. When opened, it provides extra inventory space, allowing you to bring more items.
Gapples (Golden Apples) Golden apples restore health and grant extra hearts. Made by crafting regular apples with gold.
Water Buckets Bring these to prevent fall damage in the End. Click on the ground with the water before you land to negate fall damage.
Tools Includes axes, shovels, pickaxes, hoes, and swords, Bow and Arrow. Tools are used for gathering materials and fighting. Make sure to bring a lot of arrows and a few bows to help with fighting.
Potions/Misc Potions like Strength, Swiftness, Health, Jump Boost, and Invisibility provide extra protection and abilities during combat.
Blocks Blocks like cobblestone, dirt, or netherrack are easy to obtain. Use them to build structures in the End.
